Operation Kab Zaroori Hota Hai?
- Tonsils: saal me 5-7 baar se zyada infection, ya tonsil itne bade ki saans/nigalne me dikkat ho.
- Sinus: mahino tak dawa ke baad bhi naak band, sar bhari, baar-baar infection.
- DNS (tedhi haddi): jab ek taraf se saans lena mushkil ho, kharrate ya baar-baar sinus ho.
Dawa Se Kab Kaam Chal Jata Hai?
Kabhi-kabhi hone wala tonsil infection, mausam badalne par sinus ki halki dikkat, ya bina lakshan wali halki tedhi haddi — in sab me operation ki zaroorat nahi hoti. Sahi dawa, bhaap aur allergy control se kaafi aaram milta hai. Faisla hamesha ENT specialist ki jaanch (endoscopy) ke baad hi hona chahiye.
