Dr. Richa Singh is very polite and supportive. Initially, my child did not recover completely after the first visit, but when we visited again after 3 days, my baby improved and recovered well. The doctor listens patiently, gives proper time to the patient, and explains everything clearly. What I appreciated the most is that she personally follows up on WhatsApp to check the improvement and progress of the child. Overall, I had a very good experience with her treatment and care. Highly recommended.

I had a very good experience with Dr Richa.. She is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at her work. The best thing about her was how patiently she listened to all my concerns. Great & understanding doctor not rushing through the session just to get over with & prescribe predefined medicines..takes her time tries to understand the root cause. Even if the child is not recovering in 3-4 days she herself will msg & ask about the child's health that is what I admire most about her. She is absolutely approachable & answerable to any queries you have anytime.
