Fatima Hospital is widely trusted by the local population of Gorakhpur and surrounding districts (as well as patients coming from Nepal). It is known for its ethical approach and a mission-driven focus rather than being purely commercial. My aunt had a heart surgery. Everything went very well, but the doctor's behavior was a bit strange. I am not able to give satisfaction to the patient, I feel that this can be improved a bit.... The behaviour of some staff was quite humble and sweet...

I recently hospitalised my mother in a complete heart block situation and thanks to Fatima hospital for their immediate care and medication which saved her life. The staff is really supportive including doctors. We were given every guidance and detail and although there are processes which are time taking, the staff made sure to simplify it for us.
