• Enter your mobile number and verify with the OTP
• Search by your State and by name, ration card number, mobile number or Aadhaar
• If your household was selected under SECC 2011, it appears in the results

How to Get Your Ayushman Card

• After confirming eligibility, log in on the beneficiary portal with your mobile number and OTP
• Complete Aadhaar-based e-KYC and submit the required details
