Jaanch Aur Ilaj
Jaanch me hormone ke khoon test aur pet ka ultrasound hota hai. Ilaj lakshan par nirbhar karta hai — periods regular karne ki dawa, muhase/baal ke liye alag ilaj, aur pregnancy chahne par ovulation ki dawa. Lekin sabse bada ilaj lifestyle hai: 5-7% wazan kam hone par bhi periods aksar khud regular ho jate hain. PCOS ka matlab "maa nahi ban sakti" bilkul nahi hai — sahi ilaj se zyadatar mahilayen conceive karti hain.
